Pumpkin Spice Pause Protein Shake

Many holiday recipes don't call for the entire can of pumpkin puree, so what do you do with those last few tablespoons? Don't throw it out - use the pumpkin puree to make a delicious Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake!  An easy & healthy way to continue celebrating the holidays!  Here's all you need:

3-4 T. pumpkin puree, 1 scoop Creamy Vanilla Pause Protein, generous dashes of ground cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, & ginger (or dashes of pumpkin pie spice), 1/3 sliced frozen banana (can be omitted but helps to produce a creamy texture), ice, & almond milk

Place all ingredients in a personal blender and enjoy immediately!
